 RLK Oceania Pty Ltd (formerly known as Data Guard Electronics) was founded in 1989 and its New Zealand subsidiary in 1997. The principals of the RLK Oceania (ANZ) are a team of experts with a combined experience of over 50 years in the power protection and conditioning field. The New Zealand subsidiary was sold to its management in 2001. Since 2008, RLK has also setup a subsidiary known as UAP Cooling delivering Computer Room Air Conditioning and central plant HVAC cooling products to the market.

RLK now has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth as well as service and support associates in ACT, Adelaide, Darwin, Brisbane and many regional areas through a network of trained service agencies.

Instead of competing head-on against multi-national competitors, RLK has always differentiated our self in the market by being a quality based solutions provider rather than a “box mover”.

RLK has already built a solid reputation in the market with an increasing number of corporate customers in the oil & gas, power generation, medical, government and utility sectors. Major corporate clients include Chevron, Metro Trains Melbourne, Woodside, Origin, BHP-Billiton, Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, United Group, Eastern Health and State Emergency. We have also completed many major and prestigious projects across Australia and overseas including the Gorgon & Pluto LNG, Enfield Oil, Power Stations such as Townsville, Mortlake, Loy Yang B, Hazelwood, Snowy Hydro and Diamantina.

In recognition of our capabilities we earned the exclusive rights to import, distribute and service the highly regarded Siemens brands of UPS in 1998 and since 2000, the AEG Tier 1 manufacturer of industrial grade AC & DC power converters.
